If you have any questions about how to use the program I'd be happy to try to answer them, but please note that the developer of these programs is just one person who happens to really like to make databases but is not trained as a systems administrator (who am I?). I most likely would not be able to help you with network, specific computer issues, or possibly even Access issues that relate to these areas. For this reason I strongly recommend you download the free trial to be sure it will work on your system! Purchases are non-refundable.
I will provide one important note. If you are using one of these programs in an office with shared access, you will need to link to the data using Network Neighborhood, not a specific drive letter such as F, G, etc. If you "hard code" that drive letter and someone in your office connects to the server using a different letter, they will not be able to open the progam.
You should make backups of your databases now and then (primarily just the *_be data file). If there is a problem with Access becoming corrupted, run Tools->Database Utilities->Compact and Repair on both the front-end and back-end files. This should fix the problem. You can also run this routinely (maybe once a month) to keep your database size small. In the event that the repair does not fix the problem, you can restore from your most recent backup and re-enter only your most current information.
Volume Licensing
At this time no volume licensing is available. In a shared network environment, you may purchase one copy of the program and save it on the server for all to share. Beyond that, please purchase one copy per user. I think you will agree the price is right to warrant this.
